Cancellation Policy

I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours. Appointments that are made within 24-hour period and need to cancel, You must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 40% of the reserved service amount. More than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your result. If I am running late I will add time to your appointment.
